Alstonville Clinic provides telehealth consultations either by phone or video call.
If you have seen your regular doctor at the clinic in the last 12 months, your consult may be bulk-billed, but this is at the discretion of the doctor. You will be advised at the beginning of the consultation regarding this. You will also be asked to confirm your identity. Please ensure you have privacy during the consultation.
Telehealth consultations are not intended to replace regular visits to your doctor. If you are unwell or are self-isolating, a telehealth consult may be offered to you. Please advise reception if this is the type of consultation you require. Ph 02 66280505.
